Quality Engineer Job DescriptionJob Description:

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards throughout their development and production lifecycle.

You will review customer purchase orders, conduct technical investigations, and support the delivery of solutions that align with our commitment to quality, safety, and performance.

You will act as a key interface between quality control and assurance functions, managing documentation, non-conformance reports, and technical investigations to drive continuous improvement.

You will also engage directly with suppliers and customers, lead quality process improvements, and contribute to broader business development initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A good understanding of design, analysis, manufacturing, and support techniques throughout the engineering product lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of engineering reports/technical writing in an engineering environment.
  • A good understanding of Product Safety and Quality Processes.
  • Awareness of the principles of technical risk management.
  • Awareness of Configuration Management Processes.
  • An understanding of applicable engineering toolsets (e.g., PLM or MRP systems, design, simulation, and analysis software).
  • Ability to deliver communications effectively within a cross-functional environment.
