Rental Service Officer: Key Responsibilities\

As a Rental Service Officer, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring efficient vehicle rentals.

  • Greet customers and assist them in renting vehicles based on their preferences and needs.\
  • Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently.\
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.\
  • Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods, noting any damages.\
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets.\
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, services, and products to support sales efforts.\
  • Build strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.\
  • Detail and clean vehicles to high standards.

Key requirements include:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail.\
  • Car rental experience is highly desirable.\
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers effectively.\
  • Computer literacy skills are required.\
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster, including weekends and public holidays.\
  • Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.\
  • Ongoing Australian work rights.
