About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and empathetic professional to join our team as a Junior Intake Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support participants in navigating Allied Health Services across various sectors, including Disability, HCP, CHSP, and Medicare.
  • Act as the first point of contact for participants and families seeking access to services.
  • Collaborate with participants to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Process NDIS referrals efficiently.
  • MATCH service offerings with participant care requirements.
  • Establish relationships with participants and community organizations to explain our services.
  • Manage and complete Service Agreements aligned with participant requirements.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
About You

You possess excellent interpersonal skills, a high work ethic, and a customer-focused approach.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong customer service attitude.
  • Initiative and ability to work within a supportive team environment.
  • Experience in Healthcare or Disability is beneficial.
