Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to provide clinical support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapeutic services in a timely manner.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical function.
  • Formulate individualised treatment goals based on assessment findings.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to promote independence and well-being.
  • Support the development of environmental adaptations for home, school, work and residential facilities.
  • Recommend Assistive Technology solutions to enhance client outcomes.

As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and expertise to our clinicians, as well as contributing to the development of our therapy services.

Requirements
  • Degree-qualified Occupational Therapist with current registration.
  • Considerable experience working with diverse client populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
