Full-Time Residential Care Manager

The ICM House Leader oversees the daily operation of the ICM house, ensuring residents receive optimal care and support.
- Aims to create a homelike environment by developing routines that cater to the needs of all residents.
This position requires strong communication skills to liaise with external and internal service providers, ensuring seamless information exchange.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and organizational skills, allowing them to effectively manage tasks and maintain a clean and safe living environment.
Maintenance tasks will be delegated to support staff, while the ICM House Leader is responsible for weekly reporting and attendance at ICM house meetings.
We are seeking a Full-Time ICM House Leader to be based in Port Macquarie. This position is classified as Level 5 under the relevant industry award.
