A great opportunity exists for a Principal Financial Adviser to join Zurich Assure, offering specialised insurance advice to an extensive portfolio of customers. The role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

You will support the business in assisting the management of workflow, assisting the uplift in compliance and capability of the adviser group. In addition, you will proactively nurture and grow our advice business by providing exceptional advice services and deepening client relationships. Your tailored advice solutions will ensure clients' needs are met as you continuously listen, care for, coach and advise them to realise their protection goals.

Important to your success - let's grow together

  • 8+ years' experience in advice with a comprehensive understanding of insurance advice, products and the Australian insurance and advice markets
  • Specific experience in advising on insurance strategies and products highly desirable.
  • FASEA qualified, with no further education to complete
  • Ensuring compliance with business rules regarding processes and systems whilst supporting the business in delivering customer outcomes
  • Excellent customer engagement skills across communication, presentation, written and verbal means
  • The ability to nurture, care and support our customers, team and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new process, ways of working and customer engagement models
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment where targets need to be reached and deadlines met
  • Experience delivering advice across digital channels.
  • Demonstrated industry knowledge with diverse views on complex matters
  • Sound judgement with competing priorities.
