Our team is seeking a skilled and energetic Swim Instructor to deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with strong time management and organisational skills, able to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to launch their career as a swim instructor. We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and safe swimming lessons to a diverse range of students
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives
Qualifications:
  • AUSTSWIM Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) certification
  • Working With Children Check or equivalent
  • National Police Check
