Workday Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Workday Compensation expert to join our team. As a key member of our HR system implementation project, you will be responsible for working closely with our Technology team to design and implement a world-class compensation management system.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in working on system design and Workday implementation projects in large, complex organisations. You will need to conduct thorough business analysis and data gathering on current and future compensation plans and assignments, ensuring seamless alignment with the Workday methodology and business processes.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to gather business requirements and lead Compensation design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the implementation process.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' work experience in the Workday ecosystem using Workday.
  • 3+ end-to-end Workday implementations, leading Workday Compensation (preferred).
