We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the development of cutting-edge systems test solutions for complex electromechanical assemblies and combination products.

Job Description
  • Develop system test solutions: Utilize your technical expertise to create innovative test solutions that meet the requirements of our medical devices.
  • Analyze system specifications: Review and analyze system specifications to identify opportunities and risks, ensuring successful product launches.
  • Lead cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and manufacturing sites to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Industry experience: Minimum 10 years in the medical device sector, with hands-on experience in systems test processes across specialties such as process manufacturing, electromechanical engineering, and design for excellence (DfX).
  • Analytical skills: Expertise in statistical analysis and tools for data interpretation, trend identification, and solution implementation to enhance systems testing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Leadership and mentorship: Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams in both peer-to-peer and managerial capacities.
  • Project management: At least 5 years of end-to-end project management experience for medium to high complexity projects, specifically in new product development and design control environments.
