About this Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team. This opportunity will see you deliver a high level of customer service with regards to banking, cash and general administration functions.
To succeed in this role, you will display an unwavering commitment to delivering customer service excellence each and every time and understand how to leave customers with a professional and positive impression.
You will also have exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders at all levels to achieve positive outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and sensitivity to customer's needs
- Proven organisational skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Understanding of account coding and filing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience using SAP Finance system (Desirable)
- Experience working in a healthcare environment (Desirable)

Must be vaccinated against Covid-19, a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
