About this Opportunity

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the Consumer Experience business unit to deliver on financial commitments across multiple channels and markets.

You will be responsible for providing commercial insights, building strong cross-functional relationships, and helping shape smarter business decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly closing and forecasting routines for Consumer Experience channels, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Support long-term planning activities including Budget, GVP, and 5YP submissions, driving strategic growth and alignment.
  • Analyse ROI of Sales & Marketing spend and provide actionable insights on overheads management, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive financial models, performing scenario analysis to support informed strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Finance teams to influence outcomes, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Drive process improvements in reporting, analysis tools, and finance systems, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in commercial finance, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive meaningful insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, with experience in financial software and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
