Job Opportunity: Delivering Exceptional Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Attendant to join our care team in our Residential Care Home.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work as a key member of our care team, providing exceptional support to residents. You will work closely with a dedicated team of health professionals, prioritizing the needs and preferences of each resident.

As a successful candidate, you will have completed an AQF Certificate III relevant to the position and have experience working in a similar environment. You will collaborate with the Nurse Unit Manager to deliver high-quality care, focusing on individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
