Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Senior Mechanical Specialist to oversee the coordination of mechanical service and maintenance work carried out for clients on OEM equipment during planned shut-down periods and project equipment commissioning.

This role includes inspections, testing, and analysis of equipment proficiency, as well as planned and unplanned maintenance and repairs. The ability to read technical drawings and schematics, along with excellent planning skills, is essential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Mechanical Fitter / Machinist or similar trade background, ideally with experience in fixed plant Mining equipment
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and customer service orientation
  • Technical advisory experience with OEM equipment
  • Semi-hands-on role requiring leadership of local and international personnel in various locations
  • Proactive attitude with strong relationship-building skills
  • Customer interface and negotiations skills
