Job Title: Senior Mechanic

We are looking for experienced Heavy Duty Mechanics and Diesel Fitters to lead our Component Rebuild Centre in Brisbane.

As a Senior Mechanic, you will be responsible for supervising the team and working closely with the Workshop Manager to ensure efficient component rebuild operations on Caterpillar equipment.


Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role as a Senior or Leading Hand.
  • A recognized Automotive or Engineering Trade Certificate with component rebuild experience preferred.
  • Relevant rebuild experience on one or more of the following: transmissions, torque converters, diffs, final drives, wheel groups, hydraulic cylinders.
  • Proficiency in computer skills with experience using Caterpillar SIS advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety measures in the workplace.
