Retail Operations Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Leader to join our Coles Services team. As a Retail Leader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a safe, seamless, and welcoming shopping experience.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing trolley services, cleaning services, and other essential tasks to maintain the high standards of our stores. You'll inspire your team with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring our stores are clean, and trolleys are available for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and coach your team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure the safe completion of tasks, such as pushing/pulling floor cleaning equipment and machinery, and pushing trolleys from the car park into the store
- Maintain a focus on safety and compliance for team members and customers
- Be on your feet for long periods and lift heavy items (up to max 16kg)
- Utilize great communication, time management, and task prioritization skills
