The Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Chadstone boutique as Flagship Manager. This is an incredible opportunity to drive the business's top-performing location and work closely with the Head of Retail to achieve sales budgets and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Head of Retail to ensure sales targets, service standards, and overall boutique performance are consistently met.
  2. Lead, inspire, educate, and motivate the team to achieve sales budgets and KPIs, enabling them to reach their commissions.
  3. Communicate effectively with the Head of Retail to identify areas for improvement and sales opportunities.
  4. Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members, empowering them to perform operational tasks to the required standard.
  5. Support the team and HO in coordinating and selecting customers for events, as well as reviewing and reporting on event ROI.
  6. Attend in-store brand activations and events to ensure seamless client experiences.
  7. Analyze client experience evaluations to ensure consistent delivery of outstanding customer service.

Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a boutique management role in a luxury boutique in fashion, footwear, timepieces, or jewelry.

  4. Leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and team management.
  5. Good command of spoken and written English.
  6. MUST HAVE full AUS work rights.
