We are seeking an experienced finance recruiter to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our recruitment growth strategy, you will be responsible for expanding our finance recruitment offering and driving sales while managing recruitment for finance and accounting roles.


Key Responsibilities:\
  • Anticipate and identify client needs, turning new opportunities into lasting relationships.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for clients within your portfolio.
  • Candidate research, pooling, and building talent communities within key recruitment verticals to support your client portfolio.
  • Consistently meet performance benchmarks in support of the team business plan as well as service and compliance standards.
  • Actively support the team in client and candidate management activities, including attending meetings, providing market intelligence, and advice.
  • Provide career and recruitment advice to candidates and clients that are professional, useful, ethical, and memorable, creating a lasting impression.
  • Be accountable; drive your own business development activity as well as service and compliance standards.
  • Act with integrity and with a genuine care for others.
  • Maintain a positive and balanced outlook with a focus on resilience and wellbeing.
