Data Engineer

This position will play a crucial role in supporting the achievement of organisational objectives through the ongoing review of reporting requirements across both contracted services and corporate services functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing, and delivering Data & Reporting solutions, ensuring high levels of Azure Data Warehouse availability, and report and dashboard availability through support functions and in-depth testing.
This is a full-time, ongoing position based at our Head Office in Melrose Park, with a 9-day fortnight and a dedicated and fixed day off every second week.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience in working in data and related roles, with a minimum of three years plus experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Data and Reporting development toolsets, including Power BI, Azure DevOps, Azure Synaps, and Fabric.
- Proficiency in SQL to implement data transformation and optimize existing query performance.
You will also be required to be an evangelist for Business Intelligence benefits across the organisation, promoting BI usage to relevant departments.
