**Behaviour Support Role**

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide specialist supports to individuals with disabilities in the Sydney area.

**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will have current suitability at the Proficient level as confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. They will be responsible for providing evidence-based support plans, developing meaningful goals and strategies within a positive behaviour support framework.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conducting assessments and person-centred planning with individuals and their families/carers

- Evaluating and delivering support plans that meet complex needs

- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve individual goals and outcomes

- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

- Advocating for best practice and role modelling excellence

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Current Proficient level suitability as a Behaviour Support Practitioner

- Completed degree-level qualification as an allied health professional

- Strong report writing and communication skills

- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload

- Proactive attitude and passion for working in the disability sector
