We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in the Penrith/Blue Mountains area.

**Job Description:**

The successful applicant will be responsible for assessing participants' needs, developing evidence-based support plans, identifying meaningful goals and strategies, working collaboratively with the team, and acting as an advocate for best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be suitable for this role, you must have a current suitability confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at the Proficient level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner and completed a degree-level qualification as an allied health professional. A genuine passion for working in the disability sector is essential.
