Aircraft Refueler Job Description

As a skilled Aircraft Refueler, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing aircraft structures and hydraulic systems. This role involves installing engine parts and utilizing technical data to diagnose and solve maintenance problems on aircraft.

  • You will adjust, align, and rig aircraft systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Inspect and check components for clearances, tolerances, proper installation, and operation, guaranteeing that all aircraft systems function correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and repair aircraft equipment, including engines and hydraulic systems.
  2. Perform routine inspections of aircraft structures and systems to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  3. Work with technical data to troubleshoot maintenance issues and implement solutions.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth aircraft operations and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent (15 college credits).
  • Knowledge of aircraft systems and principles is essential for this role.
  • You should have completed Basic Military Training and possess a current National Agency Check, Local Agency Checks, and Credit Check.
  • Your age range should be between 17 and 39 years old.
  • You must be able to lift a minimum of 80 pounds.
