About the Role

As a senior professional with a strong passion for health promotion, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of our Heart Health Check program.

This leadership role involves overseeing various aspects such as managing staff, logistics, client relationships, budgeting, financial reporting, and identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage event costing models and develop financial strategies
  • Oversee travel expenses, invoicing, grant applications, and data management
  • Ensure accurate communications and identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain client relationships and coordinate logistics
  • Lead media collaborations, branding, and staff recruitment
  • Develop and manage staff rosters, equipment, and professional development
  • Support Institute fundraising and represent the Institute at events
Requirements
  • Qualifications in health, business development, or customer service
  • Proven experience in business management, budgeting, and project management
  • Strong leadership experience, ability to manage teams, and excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of cardiovascular health, proficient in Microsoft Office, and confident using SimplyBook, Sling, MS Forms, and SharePoint
  • Flexible with working hours and travel requirements
