Thumbnail Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled IRL thumbnail designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of experience creating engaging thumbnails for YouTube videos, utilizing graphic design software such as Photoshop.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with content creators to develop creative concepts, selecting and enhancing images, integrating text elements, ensuring brand consistency, and conducting A/B testing to optimize thumbnail performance.

Additional skills desired include knowledge of visual design principles, composition, and color theory, as well as the ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changes, and implement feedback to improve thumbnail quality.

Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, accountability when working with team members, and a portfolio or previous experience demonstrating proficiency in creating various thumbnail styles.
