Centre Director Position

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Leader to manage our centre, providing a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children to thrive.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a professional team of Teachers and Educators to create a culture of quality and safety.
- BUILDING meaningful relationships with families to ensure their children receive the best education and care.
- Developing an exceptional leadership style that promotes bravery, positivity, thoughtfulness, and professionalism.
- Utilizing your business skills to drive centre sustainability, as profits are invested in high-quality education for young children across Australia.
About You:
To be considered, you will have:
- A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards).
- Prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a leadership role.
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
- Budget and financial accountability experience.
- Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and current Working with Children check.
