Your Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Professional. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and working collaboratively with the team to drive business results.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by maintaining a strong understanding of our products and services
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives, including peak trade periods during December and January
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Availability to work key trade days from Thursday to Sunday, with flexibility to work overtime
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn our Point of Sale system

Estimated Salary: $25-$30 per hour
