Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and provide prompt assistance with their inquiries. Offer product recommendations, answer questions about medications, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

MIPOS Proficiency: Utilize the MIPOS system effectively to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Familiarity with the system is essential for inventory management and handling customer prescriptions.

Medication Sales: Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications, ensuring correct labeling, dosage, and instructions are provided to customers.

Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the pharmacy's products, including over-the-counter medications, supplements, and other health-related items.

Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves to ensure products are readily available to customers. Keep track of expiry dates and dispose of expired items appropriately.

Weekend Store Management: Demonstrate the ability to manage the store independently on weekends, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service during peak hours.

Professional Image: Present a well-groomed and professional appearance, reflecting the high standards of our pharmacy.

Compliance: Adhere to all pharmacy regulations, including confidentiality, record-keeping, and medication handling, to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members, supporting a positive and cohesive work environment.

Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Previous experience working in a pharmacy setting is required.

MIPOS Proficiency: Familiarity with the MIPOS system used is essential for this role.

Independence: Demonstrated ability to manage the store independently during weekends, making informed decisions and ensuring efficient operations.

Professionalism: A well-presented and professional image, reflecting the values of the pharmacy.

Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Pharmacy Knowledge: Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products, medications, and health-related items.
