Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Automation Specialist to join our pre-sales team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in workflow automation and orchestration, with the ability to evangelize our SaaS solutions and educate customers on their business value.

In this role, you will partner closely with our sales leadership to drive new customer acquisition and growth. You will be responsible for demonstrating our platform's capabilities and benefits, and ensuring that customers achieve their highest-priority goals faster.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of automation technologies and their applications in various industries. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demos to showcase our platform's features and benefits
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback on customer experiences
  • Analyze customer data and develop insights to inform sales strategies and improve customer outcomes
