Automotive Maintenance Technician Position

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Field Service team in Western Australia.

  • Responsibilities include servicing, maintenance and fault finding on light vehicles and trailers.
  • Ensuring statutory servicing and testing is completed, service literature is recorded and forwarded for storing.
  • Carry out servicing in the field including surface, underground and Perth based workshops.
  • Carry out trouble shooting and fault finding in the field including surface, underground and Perth workshops.
  • Effective communication with operations and external customers.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed and signed off by relevant parties.
  • Participate in ordering and maintenance of relevant parts/stock.
  • Prepare daily reports and submit them in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role working with a fleet of light vehicles.
  • A current manual C Class Driver License or higher.
  • Recent National Police Clearance (within 3 months).
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
