As a Cleaning and Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the internal and external restaurant environment is clean, safe, and welcoming to customers and staff.

Your role will involve maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including the dining area, toilets, windows, Playland, and party rooms. You will also be responsible for cleaning equipment, floors, tables, chairs, and other maintenance tasks as directed by management.

You will work collaboratively with the management team to identify and assess hazards, communicate these to your manager, and follow all workplace safety and security processes.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will contribute to achieving the goals and targets of the restaurant through your dedication and commitment to quality service.
