Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to spearhead the development of our software solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our software development function.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams through design, development, testing, release, and maintenance of products.
  • Develop and mentor team members through regular check-ins, career development, and performance reviews.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align efforts and deliver high-quality, secure, and impactful software.
  • Provide technical direction and support.
  • Promote continuous improvement in processes, team efficiency, and product quality.
  • Safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in software development, with at least 2+ years in leadership or management.
  • A strong technical background, with experience in Frontend (React, Vite, Storybook), Backend (Node.js/NestJS, GraphQL, MySQL), and Languages (TypeScript/JavaScript).
  • Experience with Agile delivery and tools like Jira or Trello.
  • A proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative, people-first leadership style that invests in growth, mentorship, and building trust.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
