About the Educator Role

Our childcare centre is seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to support the learning and development of our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality early learning programs based on current best practice.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community.
  • Document and share with families their child's learning progress.
  • Contribute to the implementation of our curriculum framework.
Requirements:
  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards).
  • Prior experience in long day-care settings.
  • Practical knowledge of current childcare regulations and standards.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
