Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Diploma qualification in Children's Services or be working towards one
  • An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven experience as an educator in an early childhood service, working with children aged 0-5 years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
