About the Role

  • Lead and manage a team of structural engineers to deliver high-quality projects on time and to budget
  • Develop and implement innovative design solutions to meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in structural engineering

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on leadership and management
  • Relevant technical qualifications and RPEQ/CPENG status
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
