Job Opportunity: High Reach Forklift Operator

We are seeking a reliable and skilled High Reach Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Melbourne.

This is an excellent opportunity for a competent operator looking for stable, ongoing work in a well-established organization.

  • Operate high-reach forklifts safely and efficiently (approximately 75% of the role).
  • Pick and put away stock using RF scanners accurately.
  • Perform manual handling tasks up to 20kg without injury.
  • Navigate racking systems up to 6 bays high with ease.
  • Work safely around automated guided vehicles (AGVs) at all times.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Report all safety incidents and hazards promptly to management.

Requirements:

  • Current LF licence with high-reach forklift experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and pallet picking (pallets may be stacked up to 100kg).
  • Ability to work independently and follow warehouse procedures.
  • No KPIs or speed targets - focus is on safety and accuracy.
