Senior Clinical Nurse Lead Role

Job Description:

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced and skilled nurse to take on a leadership role within our hospital. As a Senior Clinical Nurse Lead, you will have the chance to work in a state-of-the-art facility, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in healthcare.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example, supporting colleagues in their roles, and developing and implementing effective nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Expertise and Patient-Centred Care: Provide exceptional clinical care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Leadership and Team Support: Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and supporting colleagues in their roles.
  • Nursing Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Policies and Procedures: Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in healthcare, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Post-Graduate Qualification: Hold a post-graduate qualification in Critical Care Nursing or equivalent.
  • Advanced Life Support Certification: Possess Advanced Life Support/Paediatric Life Support Certification.
  • Leadership Experience: Have experience in a leadership position, with a proven track record of success.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and patients.
