Lead a Team of Healthcare Professionals in a Dynamic Rural Setting

This leadership opportunity is available for an experienced healthcare professional who can lead a team of nurses and provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic rural setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a leadership position, with a post-graduate degree in Critical Care Nursing or equivalent, and advanced life support certification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of nurses in providing high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Mentor and coach staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced Life Support Certification (ALS) or Paediatric Life Support Certification (PLS).
