This role at Tweed Aged Care Home involves working closely with nursing, hospitality, and engagement teams to provide tailored support services for residents. The attached job description outlines specific duties and responsibilities.

We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering quality care services daily. Key qualifications include:

  • Prioritizing safety awareness to prevent falls and injuries among residents
  • Displaying a positive teamwork attitude, excellent time management, and adherence to safety procedures
  • Holding a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or being a second-year nursing student with aged care placement; related healthcare Cert III courses are also acceptable
  • Having or being willing to obtain NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
