Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative sales approaches for Databricks Australia, focusing on securing net-new logos and expanding existing accounts.
  • Act as primary customer liaison, collaborating with the broader sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle from planning and prospecting to deal closure, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Establish long-term partnerships with clients, providing strategic guidance and support to shape growth strategies.
  • Balance innovative hunting with effective account management to maximize value delivery.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development and sales within systems integrators, ISVs, or technology consultancies.
  • Strong background in Data Analytics or Data Platforms (Databricks or Snowflake preferred).
  • Established network across Australian enterprise, government, and technology partners.
  • Skilled in new business acquisition, lead generation, and negotiation.
  • Able to translate client challenges into high-value solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and resilience under pressure.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Confident in presentations, workshops, and coaching to drive engagement.
  • A strategic thinker with adaptability in complex environments.
