Role Overview

This position is an integral part of the EOS Regional Deployment organization, focusing on deploying the Lead to Cash Omni Solutions across Asia Pacific Markets in collaboration with the EOS COE and GPOs. Key responsibilities include designing deployment strategies and playbooks, ensuring adoption of core solutions and alignment with standardized global processes.

Key capabilities encompassed within this role include B2B CRM, Field Sales Execution, Customer 360, Webshop, enabled by mainstream technology platforms such as Salesforce, SAP S/4 Hana, etc. This individual will be a critical enabler of value creation for the business through high-quality transformation of Demand function systems, processes, and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cover the deployment of L2C Omni capabilities (Salesforce CRM, Field Execution, Customer Service) to all Asia Pacific Markets.
  • Develop deep expertise on end-to-end Processes and Systems to lead thinking on the most effective and efficient way to enhance RC 'Easier to work WITH and FOR.'
  • Be the key voice of the local FUNCTION in the project, escalating issues for resolution with speed and proactively managing market teams.
  • Internally collaborate closely with the COE, APAC EOS Business Team, CXO, and data to ensure successful completion of milestones.
  • Externally collaborate with 3rd-party vendors such as Salesforce.com, System Integrators, and Business Integrators.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in demand/sales function and ideally with experience in deployment of new digital capabilities.
  • Experience driving business process changes and change management impacts across teams.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering through others and creating collaborative relationships.
  • Good communication, especially in English, and interpersonal skills.
