Care Support Professional

**Job Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Professional to join our team and provide high-quality support to clients in need.

As a Care Support Professional, you will work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective care delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide emotional support and counseling to clients with mental health issues.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, household tasks, and medication management.
- Monitor and document clients' progress.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive, individualized care.
- Advocate for clients' rights and ensure they have access to necessary resources.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Certificate III in Individual Support or higher.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Manual Handling Certificate.
- Working With Children Check.
- NDIS Worker Check.
- Valid driver's license with vehicle registration and insurance.
**Ideal Candidate:**
- Minimum of 1 to 3 months of experience in a similar role.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize caseloads effectively.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement.
