Job Title:

Test Delivery Lead

  • The Department of Agriculture, Water and the Arts seeks a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead technical testing teams in delivering testing activities for large-scale projects.
  • This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder relationship and engagement skills, with a minimum of 5 years' testing experience and 2 years' test team lead experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the delivery of testing activities to project teams and provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, colleagues, and/or stakeholders.
  • To identify and support automation and performance testing capability and manage multiple testing projects according to business priorities.
  • To assist in the development of quality assurance frameworks and testing standards, procedures, processes, and best practices as related to automation and performance testing through a Community of Practice.
  • To develop and maintain strong working relationships with other IT services, IT solution functions, and stakeholders to expedite delivery of IT solutions.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications or certifications in Software automation and/or performance testing are desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience in toolsets; Tosca & LoadRunner is highly desirable.
