We are seeking a talented and proactive Test Lead who will be assisting the Test Program Manager in developing, managing and implementing test activities at a project level.

This role will be managing test resources, test case creation and execution, and contributing to the project test delivery in line with the Test Strategy and Plan.

The primary objective of the Test Analyst position is to develop and implement test activities at a project level.

This includes identifying the amount of effort, the levels and types of testing to be executed, test case creation and execution and contributing to the project test delivery in line with the Test Strategy and Plan.

**Duties in clude**:

- **Testing Management**
- Development of test strategies/plans and test estimates.
- Creation and documentation of test cases based on requirements and other artefacts.
- Creating or running test reports and communicating within the project team.
- Assist in triaging defects to ensure categories of failures are identified and categorised appropriately.
- Manage the execution of test cases for multiple test phases.
- Manage day to day test activities of project test resources.
- Assist and guide business users during User Acceptance Testing
- **Working relationships and Interpersonal skills**
- Work within a small multi-disciplined and geographically dispersed team
- Effective communication across a wide range of audiences and ability to adapt approaches to suit the audience.
- Ability to effectively communicate, help others to understand and demonstrate how success / failure of a requirement/solution is validated.
- Be able to effectively communicate with those who demonstrate low technical or testing expertise / knowledge.
- **Managing Testing Lifecycle**
- Manage all testing activities within multiple project streams.
- Facilitate the business executing UAT.
- Manage the execution of numerous test phases including System Testing and System Integration Testing
- Defect Identification and triaging, Management and Communication
- Working to resolve and unblock testing including requirements clarifications (either with BA or requirement owner)

**Essential Requirements**
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Test Lead
- Minimum of 5 years' experience covering all areas of the testing lifecycle in multiple industries
- Experience in working in a collaborative and distributed Agile environment with mínimal direction and supervision.
- Experience in managing a team of Test Analysts
- Experience in Agile development lifecycle and practices.
- The ability to liaise with staff across all levels of the business.
- Experience in the creation of test artefacts including Test Plans, Test Progress Reports and Test Summary reports
- Familiarity with being able to run, analyse and report on test outcomes.
- Experience in reviewing and assessing testability of requirements.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in the use of Testing Tools specifically Azure Devops.

**Desirable**
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience desirable
- ISTQB Test Analyst Certification
- ISTQB Certified Foundation Level Agile Tester
