Job Description:

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to help our aged care customers live independently, supported and empowered within their own homes and communities. We are recruiting support workers for multiple locations in Sydney's Inner West.

**What We Offer:**

  • - Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time or Casual (dependent on your location and availability)
  • - Hourly rate: $30.86 - $34.16 per hour + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time

**Your New Role:

  • - Assist with daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • - Provide transportation and personal care assistance to our customers
  • - Build relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
  • - Adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

Key Requirements:

  • - Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
  • - Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday
