Global Immigration Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to execute compliance services and provide strategic advice on immigration matters.

This is a hybrid position allowing for flexible work arrangements in various locations across Australia. As part of our worldwide network, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and develop your skills and expertise.

  • Execute compliance services related to visa applications, work permits, residence permits, extensions, short-term business traveller deployment, and diagnostic reviews of immigration compliance with regulatory authorities.
  • Provide expert advice to help client organisations navigate immigration requirements and stay compliant.
  • Assist clients in sponsoring overseas nationals to work in their business, and represent them in matters related to sponsorships, visa refusals, and cancellations.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered migration agent or legal practitioner with 2–4 years of experience in a legal or professional services environment, demonstrating solid knowledge of immigration fundamentals and processes.

You will be skilled at managing high volumes of work within tight timeframes, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively while working independently or collaboratively.

A strong attention to detail and proactive attitude toward continuous improvement are essential qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Immigration Compliance Services: Execute compliance services related to visa applications, work permits, residence permits, extensions, short-term business traveller deployment, and diagnostic reviews of immigration compliance with regulatory authorities.
  • Strategic Advice: Provide expert advice to help client organisations navigate immigration requirements and stay compliant.
  • Sponsorship and Representation: Assist clients in sponsoring overseas nationals to work in their business, and represent them in matters related to sponsorships, visa refusals, and cancellations.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in law or a related field;
  • Registration as a migration agent or legal practitioner;
  • 2–4 years of experience in a legal or professional services environment;
  • Solid knowledge of immigration fundamentals and processes;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
