Global Immigration Job Description

This role is part of our worldwide network of offices and professionals providing People Advisory Services.

This hybrid position can be based in Melbourne, Perth, Canberra or Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute compliance services related to visa applications, work permits, residence permits, extensions, short-term business traveller deployment, and diagnostic reviews of immigration compliance.
  • Provide strategic advice to help client organisations understand and navigate immigration compliance requirements.
  • Assist clients in sponsoring overseas nationals to work in their business, and represent them in matters related to sponsorships, visa refusals, and cancellations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional Background: Registered migration agent or legal practitioner with 2–4 years of experience in a legal or professional services environment, demonstrating solid knowledge of immigration fundamentals and processes.
  • Work Style & Capabilities: Skilled at managing high volumes of work within tight timeframes, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively while working independently or collaboratively.
  • Mindset & Approach: Passionate about process-driven work, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
