We're building a more open world by empowering our Air Partnerships Team. As an Air Partnerships Specialist, you'll focus on nurturing and growing local relationships with our airline partners across Oceania - with a strong emphasis on Australia.

You'll blend strategy with collaboration, developing and executing initiatives that enhance our competitive edge and deliver value to our traveler base and most valued partners.

This role involves analyzing performance to uncover growth opportunities, working cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery, and contributing by sharing insights and best practices across our global Air Partnerships team.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute localized business strategies for air supply, primarily in Australia, in consultation with Senior Air Account Managers, to optimize each partner relationship and help position us as the partner of choice.
  • Build relationships with locally strategic airline partners, including key decision-makers. This includes being responsible for day-to-day interactions with your portfolio of partners, primarily based in Australia, including regular one-on-one meetings with select airline partners.
  • Proactively source, secure, and operationalize more competitive content with strategic/key partners in the region, and manage competitor analysis to ensure the competitiveness of air supply deals.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's in a related field, or equivalent related professional experience.
  • 2+ years of working experience.
  • Proficiency in English is essential for both oral and written communication; additional languages are a plus.
