Marketing Manager Job Description

Mirvac is a leading Australian property group with a clear purpose to 'reimagine urban life'. We're seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team on a permanent part-time basis, working 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-quality marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and asset performance.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer and asset strategy.
  • Contribute to the development of the Marketing & Activation Plan, aligning with the National Marketing Plan and Customer Profile.
  • Drive customer experience, sales, and traffic performance while creating opportunities for retailers, community partners, and brand partners to engage with key audience groups.
  • Manage the annual marketing and activation budget, ensuring accurate and efficient financial management.
  • Provide timely and insightful reporting on customer, community, and asset performance, using available research and community engagement.
  • Implement retailer support through shop and asset-led campaigns, digital initiatives, and regular engagement with retail stakeholders.
  • Manage front-of-house services to build a strong sense of engagement and drive optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Drive growth and engagement across owned digital channels and platforms, connecting with key audience groups through timely, accurate, and high-quality content.
  • Present the asset in optimal condition, delivering flawless brand and national campaigns, signage, activations, and visual merchandising.
  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to drive portfolio-wide excellence and efficiencies, ensuring consistency of approach, reporting, and transfer of experiences and learnings.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or brand activations, with a combination of office and retail experience highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing social and digital channels to build community engagement and meet desired outcomes.
  • Proven analytical and creative abilities, with a customer-centric focus and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, adapt to change, deal with ambiguity and complexity, and solve issues proactively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to quality, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
