We are seeking a talented professional to join our Client Operations team as a Client Service Specialist.

This role will be based in Sydney and involves supporting colleagues and clients in all aspects of administration and technical support through the accurate, efficient and timely production of policy and related documentation across the insurance life cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a connector between Broking and Operations to foster collaboration and deliver optimal client solutions
  • Acquiring and maintaining an understanding of clients' business and insurance needs
  • Ensuring timely and accurate production of client transactions, including invoices, policy documentation and renewal reports
  • Supporting effective working relationships with clients and insurers while seeking opportunities for innovation and process improvement

Requirements include:

  • High School Certificate or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar broking/operational role, preferably in an insurance-related field
  • Minimum Tier 1 ANZIIF Broking License

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with strong administration and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a quick learner of other computerized systems
  • Ability to work under pressure with effective time management skills
