About the Role

As a key member of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive patient care, assess patient needs, administer treatments, and promote health initiatives.

  • A vital aspect of this role is building strong relationships with patients and the community.
  • Our ideal candidate will have current registration with AHPRA, demonstrated clinical experience in primary care, and a commitment to integrating Aboriginal values in practice.
  • We are looking for Registered Nurses who can work effectively within a team, bring exceptional clinical skills, a proactive adaptable attitude, and genuine respect for diverse patient backgrounds.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patient needs and developing treatment plans
  • Administering treatments such as wound care
  • Promoting health initiatives and educating patients on healthy lifestyle choices
  • Collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe practices and contribute to quality improvement efforts
