Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance on plant machinery, as well as troubleshooting and repairing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on all plant machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime
  • Carry out preventative maintenance programs to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance plans to improve overall efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues and ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with experience working with hydraulic systems, pneumatics, and motor control systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments and provide clear instructions to colleagues
